Shannon joined South Carolina Woman’s Missionary Union in the summer of 2026 as a Ministry Assistant.

In her role, Shannon provides support to Nancy Kight, Accountant and Human Resource Director.

She is a member of Oakwood Baptist Church, where she serves on the Baptism Committee as well as helping with Mission Journey Kids and School Time Bible.

In her free time, she enjoys any chance to go to the mountains. She is married to Russell for 30 years and together they have 3 adult children.
