Lauren Morris is from Plant City, Florida, and joined South Carolina WMU as the student consultant in 2023. She graduated from North Greenville University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2018 with a Master of Divinity in Missiology. During her years as a student, she served in many different capacities with both the International Mission Board (IMB) and the North American Mission Board (NAMB). After graduating from seminary, she served a term overseas with the IMB and spent time serving on staff with the IMB's student mobilization team.

Lauren loves working with churches and students to help them catch a vision of how God wants them to join in the work He is doing all around the world. One of her favorite things is seeing students recognize that God has uniquely gifted them and that He has a purpose for their lives. In her free time, Lauren enjoys exploring new places and serving in the young adult ministry at her church.
